When sending your HMsERG unit, the CUC is made and the assessment if it requires a repair and/or additional part, the quote will be sent to you for approval, the PO is sent via email to info@i-vivo.com
Once we have the PO, the repair is made, the shipping quote and the shipping for payment (At the moment we only have Pre-paid).
Once we have the payment confirmation, the unit is sent. Payment to Customs for Duties, Taxes and Services is made upon receipt of the product, only if applicable by the rules of your country.
